| 1. How many Transamérica hotels are there?
A: The Rede Transamérica de Hotéis is divided into two areas: 1) own hotels and luxury operations in São Paulo and the Ilha de Comandatuba and 2) hotels managed by the Transamérica Hospitality Group, including 20 hotels spread throughout Brazil.
2. Where are the hotels managed by the Transamérica Hospitality Group located?
A: Our group is currently under expansion. Today we have 14 hotels located in the city of São Paulo (SP), in a number of districts such as Itaim Bibi, Vila Olímpia, Jardim Paulista, Congonhas, Perdizes, Moema, Higienópolis and Paraíso, to name a few. In the city of Sorocaba, in the state of São Paulo, we have a hotel in the Campolim region. In Jundiaí, also in the São Paulo State, we have one in the downtown area of the city. In Rio de Janeiro (RJ), there is a hotel on the Barra da Tijuca. There are also hotels in Curitiba (PR), Recife (PE) and another in Vila Velha (ES).
3. Are the Transamérica Hospitality Group hotels divided up into categories?
A: Yes, the hotels are broken down into six exclusive brand categories, according to the style of the hotel and the guest profile tendency. There are three midscale categories: Transamérica Fit, Transamérica Classic and Transamérica Executive; two define the upscale classification; Transamérica Prime and Transamérica Club; the last category, luxury, is the Transamérica Prestige.
Lodging and Reservations 01. What does check in mean?
A: Arrival at the hotel.
02. What does check out mean?
A: Departure from the hotel.
03. What does upgrade mean?
A: The customer pays for one type of room but stays in a room that is superior to the one purchased, in the event of problems with the type purchased.
04. What are considered to be long stay hotels?
A: These are hotels that offer guests rooms that are well-equipped and suitable, which are ideal for long stays for guests who have expectations of having the same comforts as in their own home.
05. Does the Transamérica Hospitality Group have long stay hotels?
A: Yes. Our hotels have the infrastructure necessary to provide services for longer or shorter stay periods â€" everything to ensure our guests’ comfort and welfare.
06. What do I have to do to stay at one of the Transamérica Hospitality Group hotels?

Events 01. Do all of the Transamérica Hospitality Group hotels have events areas?
A: Nearly all of our hotels have spaces for small and medium size events, for corporate or social events. The area differs from one hotel to another. You can have a look at them and request estimates for them in the Events section.
02. If my event needs accommodation for the participants can I request this service from the same hotel in which I hold my event?
A: Yes. It is important to check beforehand with the events staff of the hotel you have chosen. They will provide all the information you need in order for your event to be a success. |
