| Site destination, Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
All products and services available on this Site may only be used by individual persons and/or legal entities (or the equivalent) duly registered and/or authorized by the Transamérica Hospitality Group. No product, service or information available on the Site is for the purpose of distribution to any users which the Transamérica Hospitality Group has not authorized to sell its services. If the user is not absolutely certain as to his/her definition as a final user of the services, products and information available herein then he/she should refrain from using this Site until it can be ascertained that he/she indeed has the necessary qualifications to do so. The user hereby swears that he/she is aware that all legal relations, which may arise directly or indirectly from the use of this site, shall be governed by the Brazilian legislation and shall be judged by a court in the central jurisdiction of the São Paulo State capital, to the exclusion of all others regardless of privilege.
Information
No information disclosed on this Site or through it shall be regarded as Professional advice. The Transamérica Hospitality Group shall not be held responsible in any regard for any decisions made on the basis of said information. When registering in the Transamérica Hospitality Group site you have the option of using an identification log-in and a password and each time you access the site, you will be able to log-in and conduct a personalized search. In the event that you forget your password, you shall receive it by e-mail to the address recorded within the site. You can choose to receive or not receive e-mails containing information and exclusive news in the registration and if you choose to receive them you may cancel at any time.
Reservations
All reservations made at the Transamérica Hospitality Group are guaranteed since they have online communications with the chain’s reservation system. During your online reservation, you will receive a response with regards to the availability at that present moment in time and you will also receive on your computer screen a reservation confirmation that may be printed and filed for your control. This confirmation, referred to as a voucher will contain a reservation control number or “finder code†and this number will enable the location of your reservation on the chain’s system.
Cancellations
Any and all reservation cancellations shall be made by means of forwarding an e-mail to l - reservations@transamerica.com.br. We will also make available a direct telephone contact with the Reservations Center: São Paulo: (55 11) 5547-1166; other locations: 0800-0124400 â€" working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. through to 6:30 p.m. Reservations that are not cancelled by 6:00 p.m. will be charged the full day rate (no show).
Waiver
Under no circumstances shall the Transamérica Hospitality Group be responsible for any material damages or pain and suffering, directly or indirectly caused, by the improper use, inability of its use for any reason (impossibility or interruption of access), performance failure, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or failure of the telephone line, hardware (of the user, Transamérica Hospitality Group or of any other company that provides information services to any one of the two) or of the system or any program/application/product/services, if the Transamérica Hospitality Group is aware of the current or potential event of problems such as: unauthorized interception by third parties of any information technical material or other content available on this Site or forwarded by the user of this Site.
Changes in Use Terms
The Transamérica Hospitality Group reserves the right to change, at any time and for any reason, the site’s Terms of Use without requiring any notification to the user, who will automatically agree to the new version whenever they use the Site after it has been made available on this Site.
